Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ASA Server List ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the Service's materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service

• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror on another server

User Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Server Listings

Listing Requirements

When listing a server, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Own or have permission to list the server
• Keep server information up to date
• Not misrepresent server features, rates, or capabilities
• Not list servers that violate ARK's Terms of Service

Prohibited Content

Server listings must not contain:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• False or misleading information
• Spam or excessive advertising
• Malicious links or malware
• Copyrighted material without authorization

Voting System

Fair Use

The voting system must be used fairly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Vote manipulation or fraud
• Using bots or automated tools to generate votes
• Creating multiple accounts to vote for the same server
• Incentivizing votes through unfair means
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the voting system

Violation of voting rules may result in vote reset, server delisting, and account termination.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or harvest data without permission
• Bypass security measures or access restrictions

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ASA Server List and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. ARK: Survival Ascended is a trademark of Studio Wildcard. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Studio Wildcard.

User Content

By posting content on the Service (server descriptions, comments, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating the Service. You retain all rights to your content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Server uptime or data accuracy

We do not guarantee that servers listed on our platform are safe, legitimate, or will meet your expectations. Use listed servers at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ASA Server List, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
